A bit more

Another drawing. This a more detailed part of the very large painting I have on-hold just now...She is one of the people riding their animals through the forest...I realised part way through that i'd seen an arrangement similar to this before here

The way you captured the cat's face is so good. I love how you render fur. So good!

Do you think you're going to change it after noticing the Laurie Lipton connection? Personally, while I can certainly see the influence I think your drawing is distinctively yours.

While I absolutely ADORE Laurie Lipton, I don't see much similarity. As the above commenter noted, this image is distinctly yours and yours alone! It's a great example of work consisting of a similar premise but being in two differnt worlds, orbiting in harmony without a chance of colliding.

The cats expression, rendering and of course floating crown are MARVELOUS!

Thanks peeps! I don't think i'll change it now. When I first realised I thought i'd have to but after actually looking at Lipton's piece for longer I realise they are incredibly different...whilst involving the same 'things'.

It's always a pleasure to read you. Your recent drawings are marvellous as usual, very poetic and strange at the same time.
